ask for the file

"send me the spreadsheet", "pdf of the year", "mándame el excel de julio" - formats: csv, xlsx, pdf; "all" for everything, a month for one month, a tab name in groups. the file arrives in the chat.

the file comes back as a document. the pdf is a branded a4 with the ledger, totals and the page link.

what is inside

date, description, category, amount, currency, and a receipt yes/no column.
in groups: who paid, and settlements as rows - listed but left out of the totals.
every custom field in csv and xlsx, the first two in the pdf.
the pdf adds balances, the budget line and the page link.

the same files are one click away on the web page, in the viewer's language. numbers keep one shape everywhere (1,234.56) so page and file always agree.
