custom fields

add your own columns - payment method, project, client - filled from what people write, shown on the page and in exports, and summarised by.

add a column

"add a payment method field: own, company card, cash - default own" defines a column with fixed options and a default. "add a project field" makes a free-text one. up to 5 per chat; "which fields?" lists them, "remove the project field" drops one.

filled from the message

from then on the value is read from what people write - "lights 1,800 on the company card" - and only what was said is stored; the default applies when nothing was. a value that is not on the list is ignored, never invented.

"#12 was cash" changes one; "clear the project on #12" empties it.

everywhere else

the column shows on the web page and in every export (csv and xlsx carry them all, the pdf the first two), and "spend by payment method" breaks the month down by it.
